The aim of the project is to protect cultural heritage in the border areas by renovating a historic building and converting it into a place of creative work.

Project description:

The investment consists in rebuilding the interiors of a 120-year-old building in order to adapt it to a house of creative work for artists. Converting the building into the Artist’s House will allow us to create a place of work and recreation for a variety of artists: musicians, composers, actors, artists, painters, sculptors. Cultural events such as exhibitions, concerts, lectures and open-air workshops held in the renovated building will promote art and culture among the local community and tourists visiting the area. Publicity and promotion of the project together with educational initiatives will strengthen the knowledge about the cultural heritage of the region among the local community and tourists. The project will have a positive impact on the protection of important natural and cultural areas. The historic building will be accessible for people with disabilities.
